AIG Women’s Open

Muirfield is home to The Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers

This legendary Open Championship course was originally laid out in 1891 by Old Tom Morris and underwent further design changes in 1925 overseen by Harry Colt

Starting in 1892 The Open has been contested over Muirfield on sixteen occasions; the last time in 2013 when American ” lefty ” Phil Mickelson was victorious.

The course is located along Scotland’s Golf Coast in East Lothian surrounded by numerous outstanding links layouts including the following
